The Ascot was the perfect mix of urban, trendy, and quiet. The neighborhood is slowly gentrifying, but it still has plenty of charm and character. Insanely close to Pearl and the Riverwalk, as well as Midtown and only a few minutes away from The Quarry. Beds were super comfy. Shower was spa like. The A/C worked wonders. 10/10 would do again.

Marshall's home is wonderful! We felt very comfortable and the location is second to none - walkable (and in a safe area) to everything we wanted to do for a quick weekend trip in San Antonio! Marshall was also fantastic at communication and very accommodating to us. I would highly recommend!

This location is fantastic and we were minutes from the Pearl and The Riverwalk. There are also some really great local restaurants just a couple minutes away. The unit was actually larger than we imagined and it was very nicely decorated. Neighborhood is an older one that is being revived and we never once felt unsafe. The hosts were great to work with.
