A tribute to President Theodore Roosevelt and his war horse, Little Texas, this B&B highlights some of our favorite Teddy Roosevelt pictures. Marshall spent many years in SA in the military, and our hope is that this home will be a place of gathering for military families and families coming to experience the rich culture and attractions in SA. We’re located within walking distance to the Pearl.

Little Texas was in a perfect location to experience the Pearl and downtown. The decorations stood up to its name. It was cozy and had everything and more that you need to comfortably live. Marshall was a wonderful host who was very responsive and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Marshall's property was fantastic! My wife and I give the property 5-stars and will be back again soon! You very close to the Pearl and Downtown SA. The floor plan is spacious and VERY clean.

Great place to stay for the weekend, we would definitely return! Beautiful kitchen and home in general, communicative hosts, and location was perfect. We were only a short walk from all the best places in the Pearl district. Plus beds were super comfy!
