In 2025, Merkava Investments will proudly begin the development of a 10.7 acre RV Resort near Lake Bridgeport in Wise County, Texas.  This resort will be just outside the city of Chico, Texas.  Obi’s RV Resort will have 85 RV spots and numerous, first-class, family-oriented amenities, to include:  clubhouse, pool, playground, dog park, & pickle-ball courts.  The site plan has been completed through the world-class engineering firm, Teague, Nall, & Perkins, Inc.  Obi’s RV Resort be an outstanding community providing affordable housing for the semi-retired and working families with close proximity to the DFW Metro area, while generating over $700K in local new sales taxes to the Chico community.
